Anyone have any input on this laptop. I need to make a decision on whether or not to older this

This TSV computer is just average. I would go to HP and find an Envy laptop. I like an 1920 X 1080 display, a backlit keyboard, a 2X2 wireless card. You can call the sales department with any question(s) before you purchase a laptop.

Just don't buy a Dell as they have too many problems.

I agree buy anywhere else ... these are older models loaded with soft wear you will never use. I also agree with the poster above me about DELL not only with QVC they are a nightmare. They are in India now owned by Indians and they are a nightmare to deal with. Another tip for the O/P do not buy any computer with windows 8.. they will be obsolete and not be compatible with this years applications. Buy a computer with windows 8.1. because everyone who owns a windows 8 will have to update hundreds of updates constantly. Which is a pain in the neck. And hard on the hard drive. Just FYI.
