HP computer battery question

Hello. I bought the HP computer that was the TSV the Saturday after Thanksgiving.

Not sold on the computer so far.......can't get things up and running on it.....and the "lifetime customer support" feature is a joke.

The battery doesn't seem to hold a charge for very long. I have been on the computer for about 15 minutes and have already lost a bar on the battery life icon.

This is my first laptop......but should the battery be draining that quickly?
