HP Zeen and Printer (estation) issues

I received this as a gift for my birthday many months ago. I love the zeen, it gets everything done that it should. My only trouble is the printer will not print (at all), even when the zeen is docked. It says printer error, unable to print at this time or it even says it's printing when it's not doing anything. Does anyone know what I could do to fix it? Thanks!
