HP Windows 8 print error 06

Can anyone help me. I have downloaded the driver for Windows 8 for my HP Office Jet 7310xi printer. Initially, right after the download, my wireless printing works perfectly. But as soon as I turn my laptop off and turn it on again, my printer is always offline. I uninstall the driver and re-install but the same problem exists. It works on initial installation and when the computer is turn off and back on again, I am always offline. Then I have to repeat the uninstall/install process every time I want to print.

I just ran an HP Printer Doc software to troubleshoot the problem. It says I have an Error 06 and the program was not able to fix the problem.

Has anyone else has this issue and was able to resolve it. If so, can you please give me some advise on how to fix this problem.
