HP TSV that was on air April 13? - Page 3

i bought this for one of my daughters and we connected no problem. It asks for a keycode and that is "your own password" when you set up your secure router.

Cause we typed that code in and went right on line. Not sure why yours wasnt working. Or why tech support were telling you different numbers to put in it, they should of known that.

This is a really nice computer! Daughter loves it. Super fast!!

We received our HP TSV this past Wednesday April 30 it arrived 2 days early had no problems box was in good shape and well packed we had no problems connecting we got the purple and it is very fast. So happy we bought the HP TSV.

I had same problem with the connectivity. We bought two, both would connect to the internet, but within hours would say limited connectivity. We also have an older Lenovo and a 3 year old HP running windows 7 plus multiple tablets and phones that are connected as well. We use a wireless router in our home, and i was sitting directly across from the router and could not get on the internet. I turned on my older HP running Windows 7 and got on within minutes. Needless to say, both of these are on their way to be returned to the Q. My daughter has a HP that i got when she went to college last year, and hers works fine at college and when she comes home. So I have no clue as to why the connectivity issues, but not keeping a powerhouse laptop which reads well on paper, but can not connect to the internet. Good Luck Everyone, i hope they come up with a fix for this one.

We had no problems connecting at all why not call your cable company to see if they could help this HP is really a nice computer.

Some computers have bad wireless cards . Having two with the same problem is rare. You may want to check the condition of your wireless router. How long has this router been in Use? How many devices will this router support with IP addresses?
