HP TSV Freezing Up

I bought the last HP TSV and so far love it; however, have noticed that it is starting to freeze up more and more after just a few minutes of use. Before I endure a period of time with customer service from a script read to me by someone in India, I was wondering if anyone else is having this problem?? I have until Jan 31st to return and will do so if this laptop continues freezing up on me. BTW, I am not a techie and am not running anything complicated on this computer, (e-mail, web surfing, I tunes, etc). Any input is greatly appreciated!
