HP Pavilion E-165749 notebook going haywire

Notebook was fine 3 hours ago. Turned it on and have long colorful lines one the entire right hand side approximately 2" from top to bottom. Also have black blotches that resemble a "leaf" from a tree. The bottom 3 1/2 inch on the screen is scrolling continueously. Purchased notebook from QVC as a today's special value from HP on April 25, 2010. Does anyone have the phone number provided to QVC members for this item? Or does anyone have any idea what is going on? I am on line via High Speed Internet wireless connected.
