This HP 17 computer/printer E-326135 with Microsoft 365

is only $399.98.  However, it only comes with

"Windows 11 S Mode" which means that users are

restricted to applications available exclusively in the

Microsoft Store.

The answer is 'No' b/c Win12 requires 8GB RAM or more and that HP has only 4GB RAM.

All laptops I have purchased lately come in S-mode and you are able to switch to regular Windows Home during setup.

Switching out of S mode is a one-way change and you cannot go back to it once you've switched.

That is correct, but that option should be available on any that are received in S-mode.

The fact that you are limited to Edge and Bing make Windows S an emphatic NO from me.

S mode is like Microsoft's version of a Chromebook. But I'll take a Chromebook any day before using a device with S mode.
