HI EVERYONE IM IN THE MIDDLE OF A BREAK DOWN. I PURCHASED THE HP NOTEBOOK AMD QUAD CORE/BLU-RAY IT WAS A TODAY SPECIAL VALUE. FROM THE MOMENT I TOOK IT OUT OF THE BOX HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT A NIGHTMARE FOR ME.I WAS UNABLE TO GET ON LINE SO CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE, BOY LITTLE DID I NO.THE FIRST GENTGLEMAN I SPOKE TO HELP ME SET THE COMPUTER UP, WHICH WAS A BREEZE.HE TOLD ME I NEEDED TO BUY A CABLE AND HOOK IT UP TO MY ROUTER, IT WAS A ONE TIME THING TO GET CONNECTED. I WAS SO EXCITED I WENT RIGHT OUT AND BOUGHT THE CABLE, DIDNT WORK.THE NEXT GENTLEMAN I SPOKE TO, COULDNT GET ME ON LINE AS WELL AND DELETED EVERYTHING THE FIRST GUY DID. MIND YOU IT WAS VERY HARD TO UNDERSTAND HIM (LANGUAGE BARRIER) THE SECOND GUY REALLY DIDNT NO MUCH HE WAS CONFUSED. TOLD ME HE HAD TO DELETE EVERYTHING AND TO CALL BACK THE FOLLOWING DAY DUE TO THE FACT IT WOULD TAKE TO LONG.DIDNT TAKE LONG AT ALL TO DELETE EVERYTHING.CALLED THE PHONE COMPANY EVERYTHING WAS GOOD.CALLED THE ROUTER COMPANY PROBLEM WAS THE ROUTER, WENT RIGHT OUT AND BOUGHT THE ROUTER IN A SNAP EVERYTHING WORKED.NOW WE HAVE TO PROGRAM EVERYTHING ALL OVER AGAIN. WAS HAVING A HARD TIME GETTING EVERYTHING BACK. MIND YOU IN THE MIDDLE OF ALL THESE CONVERSATIONS I WAS ASKED TO PURCHASE PRODUCTS,WHICH I DID. CALLED BACK COULDNT UNDERSTAND THE MAN, WAS SO FRUSTRATED THIS IS GOING ON FOR A WEEK NOW, BETWEEN THE PHONE COMPANY, ROUTER COMPANY, HP CUSTOMER SERVICE IM AT MY WITS END BIG PROCESS WHEN YOU HAVE TO CALL ALL THESE COMPANIES.THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY FAST BUT DON'T WANT TO HELP IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM. I WILL SPARE YOU THE DETAILS OF MY THIRD AND FOURTH CONVERSATION WITH HP SUPPORT. FINALLY GOT A PERSON I UNDERSTOOD HE WAS ON THE PHONE WITH ME FOR 2 IN A HALF HOURS. HE DESERVES A METAL OF HONOR, AS YOU ALL PROBABLY REALIZED IM NOT THE SHARPEST TOOL IN THE SHED WHEN IT COMES TO ELECTRONICS. AFTER ALL THAT TIME HE COULDNT GET THE COMPUTER TO PROGRAM PROPERLY. HE SAID THEY WOULD HAVE A EXPERT LOOK AT THE PROBLEM AND SOMEONE WOULD CONTACT ME IN THREE DAYS. IMAGINE MY FRUSTRATION! I AM SENDING IT BACK. HAD TO CALL HP BACK TO CANCEL MY SERVICE PLAN WHAT A NIGHTMARE. I SPOKE TO THREE DIFFERENT PEOPLE.THEY WANTED TO NO WHY I WAS CANCELLING I TOLD THEM I WAS SENDING IT BACK, SHE TOLD ME COULDNT GET A FULL REFUND. QVC YOU HAVE THIRTY DAYS. IMAGINE IF IT WAS ANOTHER PLACE AND THEY TOLD ME I COULDNT GET A FULL REFUND ON A PRODUCT A WEEEK OLD. AFTER WHAT I WENT THROUGH I DONT NO WHAT I WOULD HAVE DONE.
