HP 20" Touch Computer

So new to changing computers. My Dell ready to go. They showed the Touch tone hp the other night for 999.99 with 5 ep. Regardless of that, I am very tempted because offer still there. Can anyone who is computer savey help me?

Is it worth it, good, bad, easy to set up, etc? Any information would be appreciated. Thank you.
