In the presentation of this laptop it was stated that you could get a Custom Neoprene case for the laptop with a photo imprinted on it.  Well when I went to the site to order the case it stated that the cost of the case is $100.00.  I feel that information should have been shared with the viewing audience so that they could be aware that it was not free which I felt was the information that was being provided.  After seeing this and spending over an hour on the telephone with HP to activate the HP SmartFriend I am not so sure that it was such a great deal after all.   I feel that your company needs to be more forthcoming on the product information and communicate more with your shoppers.  I did not take advantage of any of the other options to sign up with any of the other "FREE"  things as I am not sure they were.

Anytime I've bought an electronic from different companies and they offered a neoprene case there was always a card included that had a code to use when ordering.

Are you happy with the laptop? Is it running well.

Amazon will have a case you like at a fair price.

I'm always suspicious when a first time poster complains about QVC.  They almost always never respond to any of the answers or suggestions.
