Ordered computer 11/29/16 for daughters Xmas. Received 12/9/2016. Have to this date of posting NOT RECEIVED the software bundle which was to include Lifetime Anti-Virus & Lifetime TECH support. Phone calls through Customer Service Numerous times have resulted in everyone telling me. It was sent. Supposedly sent three Different times, but still don't have it. WORST SERVICE I've ever had. Cannot seem to speak to any one other than a Cust. Serv. Super. This was the next thing I could think of to do. What should be my next step?

Interesting. My sister bought 3 computers-the tsv of Nov 26th with lifetime McAfee anitvirus. Q keeps giving different answers. On hold to HP for total of 5 hours. No one can help. 30 day tril and need to renew keeps popping up. Worst help from the Q ever.

My daughters 30 day trial has already run out. We had to go ahead & purchase the Anti-Virus or run the risk of something going wrong. Not Happy. Hopefully the third time will be a charm for us. Were told Bundle was sent out on 23rd. Should arrive in 7-10 days. Will see.

I experienced the same problem. I wrote to CS and they said the would send to me. Never received it so I decided to return the laptop.

FINALLY received that software bundle on Monday, 1/30/2017. Two months after ordering the computer for daughters Christmas gift and having to BUY antivirus after the trial period had run out. Would have sent computer back myself, but daughter had so much school work and other things on it felt like I couldn't. She does like the computer. My experience was just a frustrating one. You should get what you pay for within reasonable time limits. Two months is NOT reasonable.
