OKAY I HAVE A QUESTION .....AND I FIGURE THIS WOULD BE THE PLACE TO GET AN ANSWER! HOW DO YOU INSERT A PIC IN YOUR POST IN THESE FORUM DISCUSSIONS?

I AM A STRUGGLING NANA TRYING TO GET A HANG OF ALL THIS COMPUTER STUFF ! HELP !

Hi NanaS,

It is pretty easy to post pictures from QVC. Just go to the picture and right click and press copy. Come back to the forum and start a new reply, right click in the dialog space and press paste. This works with pictures you want to post from the QVC site. I have been having trouble posting pictures from my personal collection however, so if someone can help both Nana and myself with that, it would be great.

For uploading personal photos you need to upload them onto a sharing site, like Photobucket, or if you have a Mac you can drag/drop them into a post.

Sometimes it depends on the browser you are using. With Firefox I can do a "drag and drop" from any folder or my desktop. Left click on the picture and hold it down and drag the picture into this box. With IE certain versions I have to go to my Photo Bucket account and do either a "drag n drop" or a "copy and paste to get the picture to show up in my post.

Since I use Firefox 95% of the time it usually isn't an issue with moving any .jpg or .bmp file from any folder into a post.

This was a "drag n drop" from my desktop using Firefox browser.

I use Internet Explorer and the copy and paste (pictures are not copyrighted) method works great. If pictures are copyrighted, you can't copy them.

In IE you have to use Photobucket to post personal pictures. Don't use the link, use copy and paste.
