HELP ... System Restore Steps!

I need some help from any of you computer techs. I just got my Dell Laptop (Inspiron 1564) back from warranty work for the webcam. They did an OS Restore before sending it back so I have to reload everything. I'm not sure what steps to do in what order. When I 1st got my computer the instructions had me make 'System Recovery' disks which I did. I also have the disk for the 'Drivers and Utilities'and I made a backup using my ClickFree. None of the programs that came pre-installed (MS Office, etc) are installed and I never received the disks for those ... I'm assuming they are on the System Recovery disks I made?? I do have all the other optional program disks though. I haven't done anything yet and need to know what to do in what order! Any help would be greatly appreciated. I don't want to call Dell again and I'm not even sure if they would help me with these questions. Thank you in advance!
