HELP NEEDED WITH TRYING TO WATCH A DVD ON COMPUTER

I'm the only one here at the office today and I was trying to watch a DVD movie on my computer. It was working fine until about 20 minutes in then it starts to pause for a few seconds and restarts. Keeps happening and is making me frustrated!

Can anyone comment on how to fix?
