I vote neither one; shop for your computer local and you will be more satisfied in the long run.
I bought a Dell desktop computer a few years ago, and the only original parts left are the monitor and the speakers. It worked well for about 14 months. Absolutely no more online deals for me.

Not everyone needs or wants the latest and greatest device. Lots of times the old outdated is all a person needs. Removing bloatware is fairly easy to do in most cases.

you might not need the lastest and fastest if you are not gaming,etc but you don't need to pay more for older technology
bloatware---yes it's easy but some might not even know how to begin
