HALO 2800mAh Pocket Power Charger for Cellphones & Electronics

Hi ... I need some advice .... I just received the Halo Cellphone Pocket Power Charger... I charged it and only 2 of the 6 spaces were flashing green .. nothing was happening on the other 4 spaces .... how do I know if this thing is fully charged? ... is there an indicator light?

I want to make sure it's OK otherwise I will send it back ....everyone on this board is so knowledgeable ... I am sure someone will answer my question ... TIA {#emotions_dlg.biggrin}
