Ladies, it's 2025, it's a Social Media world.  I have yet to post her photo anywhere online but I assure you it's there.  Do you post pictures of yourself and family on FB or IG?  Even if you think your account is private, it's not.  It may be set up that way but think again.  I appreciate your concern tho.

Just maybe I mis-typed.

Hard to believe that hasn't

occurred to you and the others.

I know it did.

She ran up to the stands after the awards and thanked us for coming.  She knew how hard it was for me to get up there.  She's a senior and will be majoring in Christian Counseling.

It's fine. You're a regular in these threads. It's good to share good news. We don't get enough good news these days.

We are very proud of her, thank you.  She lives by her Christian faith and will be carrying her faith thru her education and life by counseling children.  She lost a boyfriend a few years ago from sui * cide.  Her parents sent her brother and her to counseling for about a year.  It was at that time that she knew what she wanted to do with her life.

@monicakm.  I absolutely would never post personal pictures on social media.  All my identifying photos are of dogs.  I don't even mention family names on social media.

Have you heard about the calls people get claiming to be a grandchild in trouble begging for financial help?  Information for those calls is picked up from social media.  Hardly a day goes by that I don't read about a missing teen age girl.  Maybe you don't realize what's going on outside your rural area.

Do you really think 🤔 it's worth the risk?

Yes, I have heard about the phone calls. My mother got one a few years ago supposedly from my grandson. Thanks for your concern but it's okay. That picture was on social media a day and a half before it was on this forum.
