Goggle Drive-getting changes from Goggle Drive to Excel

I have started a home inventory in Excel. I successfully moved it to Google Drive & uploaded to my Kindle Fire. Using Office Suite Pro I modified the inventory on my Kinde Fire. The modified workbook went to my Goggle Drive.

Can I get the revised version on my Goggle Drive to my Microsoft Office Excel Program or am I stuck accessing it through Google Drive when i work on my computer?
