@DJs mom  Yes.  It's for PC's & Macs.

 

Go to Malwarebytes website, click on the "free download button."  Don't pay attention to the 14 day trial banner.  The FREE version will do the same, "protect" your computer and/or your mobil devices.

 

If you have a Mac, after installing, drag the app from your Applications folder onto your Dock.  An alias of the app will appear there & the original will remain in your applications folder.

Open the app from the Dock & let it do it's thing when you click on "Scan."

I'm a Geek Squad fan.  I've used them only twice - but I've been satisfied.

 

I have the Best Buy membership - just so convenient. Store is nearby.

 

I'm planning to get a new laptop this year and expect they'll transfer all my files from this one - just like they did when I bought this one.
