Flash Drive question???????????

I know I'm going to sound like a total dummy but I never tried this before, but I got a new photo frame so how do I take photos from my computer and load them onto a flashdrive. I popped it into computer assumed I was suppose to select option to use as a backup, then I chose files that I select option, then sat and stared at computer ok how do I move my photos.............package says easy huh???????
