Firefox 4 questions

I currently have my Firefox 3 interface set up with a menu toolbar, navigation toolbar and bookmark toolbar. Tabs are opened beneath the toolbars. This is the way I want my interface and the way it works best for me.

With FF4 will I be able to preserve these settings and locations, particularly having tabs located beneath the toolbars instead of above them? I'm not a fan of Chrome or IE interfaces and it appears FF4 interface is following in their footsteps.

What is good for the goose today will also be good for the gander tomorrow.
