Favor Please - For Those That Have a Costco Pharmacy Online Account

I've been trying to log in to Costco Pharmacy to refill a couple of my prescriptions.   For the past few days after I put in my email address and password to sign-in I get the following message:

 

Service Unavailable
The server is temporarily busy, please try again later.
 
Could you please try to sign into your Costco Pharmacy account and let me know whether or not you were successful.    I'm trying to figure out if they're experiencing a problem or is it me?

Have you tried calling the store? They may be able to answer your question.

I just signed into my Costco.com acct and then went to Pharmacy and no problem getting in

I have never used their site to log on.  Can you switch over to their phone?  You wind thru the tree and can key in the number.  They notify you back using messenger.

 

Works fine even for refills.
