Order on 03/12/22 never delivered, but I paid for it on Amex? Calling QVC useless, they send e mails with tracking, but UPS says they never created a label or received merchandise. QVC seems to be stealing credit card , charging and never sending merchandise! That is theft ...

@chesco926 You are way out of line acusing QVC of theft! They OFFERED help to you. Take  it or leave it. Your choice to get help OR just be angry.

I had an order that i didn't receive probablty no fault of QVC and I got on the chat and was promptly credited.

@chesco926Quit kvetching.  And don't accuse someone of theft unless you have proof.

 

You paid by credit card.  When the charge shows up on a statement, dispute it with the issuer.  Let them figure it out.  You don't have to pay for an item that you haven't received.
