Hi tech peeps~ Hoping once again anyone can shed light... For a while now, when I call out, (just one contact, SO, to test so far), he doesn't hear any calls when he's sitting with his iPad. I do receive his calls. I have checked everything I can think of in Settings. Is there anything I should be checking? When we first set up on FT, months ago, it worked from both ends for both of us, for months. But in past 3 months it hasn't been working from my end only. First it would work randomly, now it seems not at all, from me calling him. He checked, he doesn't have me blocked or anything, inadvertently. And this happened before io7 update, so I don't think that is related. He hasn't updated though, I wonder if that changed anything? Can anyone advise before I have to call Apple rep? TIA!
