FYI BOSE WAVE INFO.

[ Edited ]

The Bose Wave radio that HSN had for $299 as their Special is also sold at the same price at Bose.com and free shipping. Exact same radio/CD player so if you are still interested it's not too late.  It is an exceptional radio/CD player and the sound is outstanding.  All these bargains this year.  I guess everyone wants to make some money this year.  Cat Very Happy

I thought about buying it and it sold out before I made up my mind.  I also saw it was the same price at Bose.com so I may still buy it.  I have a Bose Cinemate connected to my TV and a Bose Soundlink I use with my iPad and Macbook.

I really like the sound and the compact size Bose products provide.  I don't have room for a home theater set up but still wanted better sound from my TV.  My Cinemate is so old and I had to buy a digital to analog converter to continue to use it with my new TV.  Unllike John, I recommend Bose and have been very happy with the two I own.

@glb613You won't be sorry if you buy the radio/CD player.  I have the original Bose Wave that came out in the 90's and purchased it with my Christmas bonus.  Never had any problems with it and the sound is exceptional.  I wanted the new one because the controls are no longer on the top and my cat cannot turn it on.  Plus my original radio did not have a built in CD player.    Happy HolidaysCat Very Happy

We have had three or four Boses over the years but I will not buy again. Our last one quit working for no reason and it was the very least used. They always have had great CS in the past. Well, I was informed they no longer will repair or trouble shoot and I could buy another one and they would take half off leaving me only to pay a $250.00. Nope, too many ways to stream music these days.
