I purposely selected a tablet within the GUARANTEED Christmas Delivery. I downgraded quite a bit, to ensure that the tablet would be here in time.
I got the email that my tablet had been shipped, and eagerly went to check the tracking it stated that a label had been printed,which did not disturb me because I have had this message before in the past and all was well.
Christmas Eve gets here, I check tracking again, same message (What on Earth?) so then I decide to call QVC, nope, everyone off for the holidays, I call UPS, and I'm told that QVC made the label but the item was still with them (QVC), not ready for delivery!
I understand that I waited till the last minute, but WHY WHY WHY do you offer "Holiday Delivery" , send an email saying you shipped it, then not ship it, AND do not have at least people to field calls in regards to this Holiday shipping?
Now what? I really am upset over this!!!! If I would have known this, then I would have gotten the tablet I truly wanted and would have waited for the shipping.
