I normally use Internet Explorer. A while back I started experiencing problems with the QVC site. This is the only site that seems to give me trouble. It first started running slowly. It takes forever for it to just come up, and it also takes a long time to access this forum. Then I couldn't post a review. I would type in my username and password, and it would just take me back to typing it in again. It was an endless loop. The last straw was when I couldn't order an item yesterday. It gave me a box to type in my username, but the password box didn't come up. The item was in my cart, but I couldn't complete the transaction. I tried to use the chat feature for help, but the representative told me to just call in my order. She wasn't much help. I decided to try Chrome, and everthing is perfect. Nothing is running slowly, I ordered my item with no trouble, and I just tried to post a review, and everything worked fine. I can just switch to Chrome, but I still am curious as to what may be wrong. Has anyone else had any trouble? Does anyone know what I could do to fix the situation? Thanks in advance for any information.

I used to use IE11 all the time. I also started having problems using it with the Q site. I have been using Chrome so I don't have to deal with it. I have found a few other sites where I have to use Chrome because IE11 won't work. It works it's just really slow like you said. It's weird on my banking site I have to use IE11 because with it I have problems when I try to use Chrome. If I use Chrome there I have to login each time I go to a different page. I just use which ever browser seems to work best with the site I'm surfing.

I'm an IE 11 user too and I've been having LOTS of problems with it lately, although not on QVC.
I have a lot of sites 'freezing', including AOL mail, where I can't close it, refresh or anything except doing a computer restart or shut down.
LOTS of 'IE has stopped working' messages.....very frustrating.
No changes lately to my computer and all security scans are up to date and show nothing.
I think it's a conspiracy by Microsoft because I wouldn't update to Windows 10........LOL!

I use IE with Windows 7. Sometimes there are problems and sometimes not, but with me I think it's my computer.
This morning it wouldn't even access Google at first. I could name another 5 or 6 of my favorites that also react poorly sometimes. There's no consistency with the problems which is almost more annoying than the problems themselves.

I think this is the worst site on the web. The home page and also this forum site.I do not know why but QVC seems to think it is above all the other in both areas...............NOT!!!
