Wow is this tempting - but I never make spontaneous 'bigger' purchases, especially electronics.

Consumer Reports doesn't even have a 6 gb ram 1T Dell rated ... what are everyone's thoughts? I'm wondering if 6 gb ram is even big enough to support 1T. In the past I've found shopping channels push electronics that aren't the most current - so when a item sounds SO GOOD I'm wary to say the least!!

It's definitely not a 'need', but - 1T hard drive? dual core? free shipping? 6 payments? Under $600?? And purple offered too!! ({#emotions_dlg.laugh} !!)
