E-reader gripe

Today I bought two books for my Kindle. Both had pages of pictures in the description since they were in the true crime section. Both arrived minus the pictures. I posted to Kindle's customer service forum and they said it depends on if the publisher spends the money for digital imaging, it's hit or miss. They should note this imo.
