Dumb question. How do i find cookies?

{#emotions_dlg.blush}I feel embarrassed asking this but need to address.

Where can i find cookies on my Pc? Getting a lot of unwanted ad's and want to delete them.

Need an easy solution for doing that.

Know there are a lot of savvy people here that can hopefully help.
