We ordered a Laptop on October 11, QVC said it shipped on Oct 19 and would be delivered on 11/3 and already started taking out the easy pay. On 11/5 I called because we never recieved the item on the 3rd, and now they are saying they are sold out... Usually they tell you something is sold out before you order it, but this time they didn't. They really need to work on the communication with customers.

@LilyS04 Your computer is probably just delayed in transit. You may want to contact CS about the tracking number.

I often wonder why people come here to complain about an electronic (usually) order gone bad as their first post. Do they thing we, their fellow shoppers, can fix the situation? Maybe they just want sympathy? Bottom line is don't buy computers from QVC for many reasons.

Welcome to the forum Lily! I hope by now CS has figured out what is taking so long. I have usually found CS here very helpful and polite. I check with the 'my account' on this site but also have an account (free) with UPS that offers updates to an e-mail and/or text alerts sent to your mobile phone. You just have to sign up with user id & pw of course. I find UPS extremely helpful. Fedex and USPS --eh-
I cross my fingers and hope. They have similar (supposed) services , but I am very glad when items are shipped UPS in my location.
I had a strange experience here with an order a few weeks ago though. I ordered a 'Last Click' coat and was given an EDD (estimated delivery date) of a week from then and on my UPS page it told me it was on the truck ready to be delivered. E-mailed customer service and they said they would look into it, before they did I had the coat! So UPS was right.
I guess I didn't have enough coffee or dementia is setting in. I re-read your post and see that it was sold out. Yes communication was lousy. I hope you find a good deal somewhere . sorry.
