All of a sudden, anything I try to download just disappears. It downloads onto the place where its supposed to, but it immediately goes away when completed. I can't find out where they go. i've looked everywhere. They are supposed to go onto my desktop, but they don't.

Any idea why they have begun to do this.

I have Mac and it has never done anything like this in the past.
