Difficulty with Garmin

Is anyone else having problems with the Garmin. We have it charged and it shows where we're driving and have our "home" set. But if I put in a zip code it says "no matches found." Now I know Las Vegas is on the map. LOL

When we tried to register it, it looked like the download was complete but it didn't install.

Is anyone one else having that problem?
