I bought a Dell TSV back in Sept. 2014. I had no reason to call tech support until yesterday when it would not hold my internet connections.
I will say it took three tries for the support team to fix the problem but my computer is now working like it did when it was brand new.
You have to be patient with the tech support help but they do a great job and I am very happy with the results. I have 4 years of tech support which is really a great thing.
My reason for writing this is to let everyone know at least in my case they came through for me and I am very pleased. Also, the techs were in Michigan. And the gentlman even called me on the phone while he was fixing my computer.

I had the same problem with mine a few months back and my husband actually got on phone with them and they got it taken care of. My husband is great with computers and i am not with any of the technical stuff. But he thought that they did a good job also.
