I have been getting a notice to run the Dell Support Assist. Last time I ran it was July 11, 2018. I haven't been able to run it and the page freezes. I did some searching and found a solution but I don't know how to find the file I need to access. I'm use to Vista but don't know how to do a search on Windows 10. I'm looking for C:\Program Files\Dell\SupportAssistAgent\bin\Resources
Can someone tell me how to find it. Went into File Explorer but can't see it there.

Download and install the latest version of Support Assist. You'll find the link about 3/4 down the page.

Thanks for the info. While looking for a solution to the one I have I ran across a lot of people saying that the 3 was a problem and they wanted to go back to 2. There was a solution for keeping 2 and thought I would go that way. I do see the date on the new install is later so hope that it works. Notice it says to uninstall the 2 which I can do. Thanks again.
