Dell Inspiron Notebook and Hallmark software

I just received my new Dell Inspiron notebook right before christmas it was pre loaded with windows 7 64 bit software and also Hallmark scrapbook studio 3.0. Since then I purchased and installed Hallmark Card Studio deluxe 2011.

5 minutes after opening either Hallmark software a message appears that indicates "Hallmark Card Studio 2010 or scrapbook studio has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available". there has been no solution.

I cannot get support from window 7 since it was preloaded i have no code to prove i purchased it. Dell doesnt support the software even though they loaded the scrapbook studio and Hallmark doesnt have a clue.
Is any else having this problem and who can i turn to for a fix?
