Now that the mess that I created is fixed, something occurred to me.

 

I found it funny the channels that had Parental Controls put on them. I did not put in any channel numbers when I was in Settings, so it must have been Verizon/FIOS that decided the channels that should have Parental Controls placed on them. 

 

Two of the channels were FE TV (Family Entertainment) and Retro TV. Both channels show older TV shows. They do not show violent or risque programs. Wonder why those two channels should have Parental Controls placed on them.
