Cortana typed the message above. "Accident" was supposed to be "accent".
That's the case with most voice recognition systems. I work with a lot of Scottish people and they wreak havoc on Siri, Cortana, and Okay Google.
I use the Siri VR for all kinds of things, but she does not do well with names and any words that aren't English. It's very hard to get directions to a good Mexican restaurant or having Siri look up a French or German artist without entering it manually.
