Customer service for website...

I asked over in Viewpoints on a thread about the web problems, but I thought perhaps this might be the place to ask... is there a phone number to call, to ask about some technical issues with the forums? I asked the usual Customer Service folks, and they said they couldn't help with that.

They said the standard 800 number for the Q's main offices would only provide a recording. Does anyone know the correct phone number for me to call?
