I ordered something earlier this morning, a couple hours later I wanted to change the shipping, I called QVC and this lady told me she would have to override my charge. Long story short, both of the orders ended up cancelled yet my card still charged. I spoke to corporate and she said she would have to fax some info to my bank so they could cancel the order and place the money back on my card so I could order again. She told me after sending the fax, it would take two hours to get back on the card. This was 1:52pm eastern time. I called her two hours later and she called the bank back to do the process over the phone, she said the banker said was a glitch in the system and she would keep trying. I've called my bank several times and they said it's up to QVC to release the funds and that they need to talk to the merchant to release the funds sooner.
I have wells fargo, and I just wanna know how long it's going to take to get back in my card. The QVC corporate lady said it should be back on tonight but I've given up hope on anything she's said. I called my bank so much, some said 24 hours (saturday and sunday not business days), some said 3 to 4 days and some even said 7 to 10 days. How long should this time? I'm really impaitent and I'm thinking of just not ordering the item since my first experience was such a horrible one.
