Computer geeks? I need help !!

Somehow, I managed to get my Lenova desktop's screen rotated on to it's side ! OMG!! It is totally rotated over - everything !! Can this be fixed??? I've tried all I know to do to rotate it back - no luck ! Help please! Also, when I manage to get online, everything there is rotaed also ! Thanks
