Computer and Shop Items Review

 When I try go to the "Shop Items" link to see what's been shown, my computer acts really strange - the picture starts jumping all over the place and the little circle just keeps going round and round.  I cleared my computer the other day so it can't be that.  Anyone else having this problem?

You are not alone in QVC computer issues. If you would like to pass this on to the Moderators in Customer Care, they will pass it along to the IT team.

A few hours ago I tried to look systematically through all of the past day's programs, one by one.  No-go. The always poorly functioning website appeared to be overloaded. It improved somewhat half an hour later, but...meh.

 

If anything malfunctions, chances are slim there will be any fix, or any lasting fix.

 

Just remember - chances are at least 90% (and probably more) that it's QVC's problem, not your computer or tablet.
