Computer Technical Problem

Unless I keep my volume on "mute," I hear assorted voices--like my computer is picking up a variety of garbled radio transmissions. This just started recently. I can't listen to YouTube, QVC videos, or any other audio source. Does anyone have any ideas about what this could be? I've done a complete virus scan and deleted browsing history.

Some of the pop up ads have noises...do you have more than one screen open?
