Comcast DVR customers - are you having the problem I'm having??

For about the last two weeks, both me & DH (we each have a hi-def DVR box) we'll start watching shows that we recorded. I find the majority of my shows end - could be 2 mins in or 25 mins into the show - it just stops. It doesn't help to fast-forward, it won't go. You can replay up to that point but it won't go any further - hence, the rest of the show is lost!!!

When DH mentioned the same thing, I knew it wasn't only me going crazy here. Is anyone experiencing this phenomenon? I'll be calling Comcast but I'd like to know if anyone else is having this trouble. BTW, we have the newest boxes available - I think we got them in March when hubby bought his smart TV... they're black with bright, white numbers. So it's not like we have old, out-dated DVRs.
