I am having trouble with a site that wants a code that is being sent to my email, put on a page that disappears when I go to my email.  I forgot my password and I need the email code to get a new password.  I tried saving the page and didn't work.  Can anyone tell me how to save the page to put the code on.  Windows 10 Edge

Open a new tab to get the code.

You can use the copy and paste function with your browser. 

Most sites will send a text message with the code.

If you can have the code text to you.  Its much easier as you dont have to leave the page youre on.

I had to call the number listed for online help and they gave me a code to use as password so I did get into my account.  I asked if I could use a cell phone number and they said no.  I always lose the code page and no one seems to know, the people I know here, how to do it.  My family all have Apple electronics.  My doctor office requires a text be sent for a code but it took 15 minutes to get it.  I understand protection of my account but now I have to plan on waiting for the code.
