Anyone having a problem with the Clickffree 500GB Complete Backup? I purchased it 08/11. While I realize that the first back up takes a while since it is backing up everything, every subsequent backup took way too long. I don't download videos or music, so there is not much new stuff for it to add. In December (2012) it was stuck and I had to call the company. They have the worst wait time for customer service (if you can get through at all--the automated answering system has hung up on me too many times to count.) I've called them at least 5 times since December then and each time they tell me to disable my virus protection and try it again. When that doesn't work they tell me to uninstall everything pertaining to it and then reinstall it and do another full backup. Or they tell me to try another computer. I DON'T HAVE ANOTHER COMPUTER! Why can't they send me a new one since there seems to be a problem? I just did the uninstall thing a couple of weeks ago and it took at least 4 hours for a full backup. Now I am trying to do another backup and it is stuck on 1% saved. I have to call them again. I have a 2 year warranty and if they keep jerking me around until August, then they can say that my warranty has run out and not have to give me a new one. I am very disappointed with this.
