ClickFree - can anyone recommend them or tell me why not?

I have an old ClickFree but I'm afraid to use it with my new HP. I am wondering if a newer ClickFree would be better. Are they more efficient? Can anyone tell me why it would not be wise to use ClickFree to transfer files from my old computer to my new one.
