Well, my saga has ended. Thank the Lord I finally got the thing canceled. I bought the TSV on 12-21 and it still had not shipped as if yesterday. I came to you ladies and ask if anyone had received it. A few had; but others hadn't. I learned that you can't use copper top batteries and in particular the information note in the shipping box said Duracell. Well hey, I have a drawer half full of Duracell. Not once during any presentation did they tell the viewer not compatible with Duracell or copper top batteries. They said sorry can't cancel it's been shipped. Two or three days later, order status said in process.

I check my year-end account status for orders, returns, auto-delivery etc. I clicked on Waitlist even though I had none. THERE IT WAS ON WAITLIST. I ordered mid-day, no waitlist announced by any host and there it was. I called this morning and told them my saga and Amanda with CS gratiously took care of it. Why the other CS rep didn't catch it and cancel days ago, I don't know. It never showed as "waitlist" in the order listing.

I just checked on the reviews and they are HORRIBLE. Quite frankly, I think QVC got duped by this company. Even this morning the CS information given by the company said "all brands." I have followed up my experience with a written leader to corporate. I hope they take a good hard look at this company AND why my order was on waitlist. I've had waitlist orders before so this was very odd.
