Cha1k i Need Your Help (again)

Ever since I downloaded the operating system update, I've had problems with my audio on my iPad. It's operating but there is so much static on it, I can't stand to listen to it. I've gone into setting and have tried experimenting with fixes but so far haven't found what's wrong. Any ideas?
